I have this conversation with friends and family every few months, when i get on the “chew everything a million times” kick, as a means to satiate my appetite. We eat way too fast. How long does your thanksgiving last? ours is clocking in at about 30 min, 45 min being generous.

Jump all over this, readers. A handful of years ago i read an article in the New Yorker on perfume making, and i think about it constantly. I am a smell fiend, specifically how i smell. A lecture of scents and perfumes is right up my alley, but i will be busy that night. Don’t let this one go though. Our scent abilities are probably the most underrated of the human senses. Learning more about it will probably teach you more about ourselves than you may realize.
