New season of Dorkbot starts Sept 2nd

It’s been a long dark Dorkbotless summer. But next wed, meetings resume @ location1 in soho.
The 22.98977th dorkbot-nyc meeting will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009 at Location One in SoHo.
The meeting is free and open to the public. Please bring snacks to share. YUMM.
We’re always looking for (and playing) more dorkbot theme songs! Bring or email one and we’ll play it at the meeting.
I will be capturing the event. All three talks look super interesting! The first, science projects with kids, is one i will be watching very closely.

On Jan. 27, 2012, a large X-class flare erupted from an active region near the solar west limb. X-class flares are the most powerful of all solar events.
