Learn How to Eat SlowlyThursday nights are perfect for seeing the New York Botanical Garden’s newest exhibit, the Edible Garden, and checking out their Edible Evenings: A Celebration of Wine, Beer, and Food events. This week’s event features Josh Viertel, former co-director of the Yale Sustainable Food Project and current president of Slow Food USA. This thoughtful food activist will speak on the topic of Preserving America’s Food Traditions.
