Parallel Universes
by Ezra on Jul.12, 2009, under Science Life
I came across this video this weekend. It’s pretty fascinating. The video is of Michio Kaku on BBC, a very public theorist. You will find him on a lot of TV shows, documentaries, etc… and he is very good at explaining complex theories to the average person. The video itself is from about 2005, i think, but it’s still relevant. To sum it up: he says that there is a theory that states the big bang may not be what we think it is. That there may actually be other universes outside of our own and that these other universes are potentially born from other universes. This type of stuff really really fascinates me because these are THE questions. This is the boundary of what the human species understands about their own existence.
